i. What we focus on, we are more aware of

ii. What we are more aware of, we continue to find (it appears more in our awareness, and thus is found more often)

iii. What we focus on, we continue to find

iv. What we don’t focus on, disappears from awareness

v. What disappears from our awareness, we stop finding ( it stops showing up; it is unimportant, and thus the (reticular formation) erases it from awareness, and thus, erased from existence (if a tree falls in a forest, and no one is there to hear it, did it fall?)

vi. What we don’t (/choose to not) focus on, disappears from our life

vii. What we focus on will reappear in our life, because our mind, acting like a servo-mechanism, will seek out what we focus on. What we choose to not focus on (ignore), will disappear from our awareness and thus cease to exist.

viii. Thus, what you want more of, you should focus on; what you want less of, you should focus less on.

ix. Focus is key to getting what you want and losing what you don’t want.

x. Control your focus, control your life.
